Creative Room 1 is based on the lower ground floor of the hotel, and can used alone or combined with Creative Room 1-3 to create one larger space. The quirky cool space, with lots of vibrant colour and unique art works lends itself well to meetings, conferences, workshops, trainings and board meetings for a maximum of 25 people. The breakfast space provides unlimited tea and coffee, along with wholesome breaks and delicious Italian delights from our Grand Tozi Cafe.



Frequently asked questions

Creative Room 1-3 offers two pricing structures: room hire only at £1,000 plus VAT per day (reduced from £2,000 plus VAT), or a Day Delegate Package at £75 plus VAT per person with a minimum of 45 delegates. The DDR includes meeting room hire between 9am-5pm, pre-function space access, three tea/coffee servings with snacks, lunch, water, flipchart, built-in screen, and Wi-Fi.

Creative Room 1-3 accommodates up to 50 people in boardroom style, 70 people in cabaret style, or 100 people in theatre style. The spaces can be used as one open area or split into 1, 2, or 3 separate rooms depending on your requirements. For cabaret style with screen, maximum capacity is 70 attendees.

Standard day room hire operates between 9am-5pm, with some quotes showing 1pm-4pm for shorter bookings. Any extensions beyond these hours may incur additional charges and are subject to availability. Early access from 8am for setup can be arranged but may involve extra costs.

All Creative Rooms include complimentary use of built-in screens and Wi-Fi suitable for emails and web browsing. Additional AV equipment like extra large screens, sound systems, and handheld microphones are available but quoted separately. The venue can accommodate DJ setups and additional screens for content display.

Standard room hire includes bottled still and sparkling filtered water. The Day Delegate Package includes up to three scheduled tea/coffee servings with chef's selection of snacks, plus lunch served in the pre-function space or meeting room. Additional catering from Tozi restaurant is available with sharing concept menus.

For evening events or when combining spaces, minimum spend requirements apply. Creative Rooms can have minimum F&B spends of £3,500 plus VAT and 12.5% service charge. For larger events, minimum spends can reach £12,500-£15,000 plus VAT depending on the space configuration and event requirements.

Creative Room 1-3 includes exclusive access to private toilets, built-in cloakroom, complimentary use of pre-function space for networking or breaks, and a private bar area. The ground floor location provides breakout space and the rooms offer full exclusivity for your event.

The Creative Rooms do not have natural daylight as they are located on the ground floor. However, the spaces are described as open, colourful, and spacious with a contemporary, fresh feel featuring vibrant colours and unique artworks that create a quirky, cool atmosphere suitable for modern business events.

The venue accommodates various business event types including meetings, conferences, workshops, and corporate training. External DJs and entertainment can be arranged but may need to be quoted separately through their entertainment team.
