Frequently asked questions

Payment is required in two installments: 50% must be paid upon signing the contract, and the remaining 50% is due 30 days before your event. All catering costs for food and beverages must be pre-ordered and settled before the event, as this covers all staffing costs as well.

Outside catering is permitted but requires a £3,000 kitchen buyout fee. The venue strongly prefers to use their in-house catering team, Blue Strawberry, particularly for smaller events where the buyout fee may not be cost-effective.

Yes, the Dining space has lift access directly from street level that takes you straight to the Dining Room. The venue also provides accessible toilets for guests who require them.

The venue provides security staff for evening events and can arrange signage to direct guests to your specific event space. The security team will brief all staff to ensure guests are properly directed to the Dining Room.

Yes, the venue can host multiple events concurrently. The Dining Room is positioned away from other event spaces like the Great Room and Bar, which helps minimize noise interference between events running at the same time.

The Dining Room features round tables, which are ideal for facilitating small group discussions and creating an intimate dining atmosphere. This setup is particularly well-suited for private dinners and social gatherings.

Events in the Dining Room typically accommodate around 30-40 guests for intimate gatherings. Evening events commonly run from 5:00pm to 9:00pm, though specific timings can be arranged based on your requirements and the venue's availability.
