What are the payment terms and timeline for booking the Arts space?

Payment is required in two installments: 50% due upon signing the contract and the remaining 50% due 30 days before your event. All catering costs for food and beverages must be pre-ordered and settled before the event, as this covers all staffing costs as well.

Can I bring my own caterer or do I have to use the in-house team?

The venue prefers all catering to be provided by their in-house team, Blue Strawberry. If you want to bring an outside caterer, there is a £3,000 kitchen buyout fee, which may not be cost-effective for smaller events.

What accessibility features are available in the Arts space?

The Dining Room (which appears to be part of the Arts space offering) has lift access from street level that takes you directly to the room. There are also accessible toilets available on the same level.

Will there be security provided for my event?

Yes, security will be provided on the night of your event. The venue team will also provide signage and can check people in when they enter to help direct guests to your specific space.

Can multiple events run simultaneously at the venue?

Yes, the venue can host multiple events at the same time in different spaces. For example, events can run in the Arts space while other events take place in the Great Room and Bar, with proper signage and guest direction provided by the venue team.

Events typically finish by 9pm for some spaces, though other areas can accommodate events until 11:30pm. The venue is flexible with timing arrangements and will coordinate multiple events to ensure smooth operations.

All catering is handled by Blue Strawberry, the in-house catering team led by Gilly Law. You'll need to provide your email address and company details to the venue manager, who will then connect you directly with the catering team for quotes and menu planning.
