Frequently asked questions

Half-day rates (13:30-17:30) start at £1,250 + VAT for smaller rooms. Full-day rates include Turner room at £1,080 + VAT (20 boardroom/48 theatre), Creighton at £760 per day (12 people), Fleming at £760 per day (12 people), Herbert at £520 per day (6 people), and Lutyens at £400 per day (4 people). The Event Suite costs £3,600 + VAT for full-day hire with capacity for 100 reception/86 theatre/72 banquet.

Most rooms include 4K screens (75" in Creighton/Fleming, 55" in Herbert/Lutyens, 85" and 65" screens in Turner), video conferencing, hybrid meeting capability, USB and HDMI connections at no extra charge. The Event Suite includes 2x 85" screens, 4x 65" screens, 4 handheld mics, and 4 conferencing cameras. All rooms have complimentary Wi-Fi and plug-and-play AV systems.

Unlimited teas, coffees and water costs £3.50-£5.50 + VAT per person. Light breakfast is £19.50 + VAT per person, gourmet working lunch is £25.85 + VAT per person, and full-day packages with breakfast, lunch and refreshments are £46.50 + VAT per person. Drinks and canapés packages range from £38-£99 + VAT per person depending on duration and selection.

Turner and Wren rooms accommodate 20 boardroom or 48 theatre style. Creighton and Fleming hold 12 people maximum. Herbert accommodates 6 people and Lutyens holds 4 people. The Event Suite can host 40 boardroom, 100 reception, 86 theatre, or 72 banquet style. The L2 Lounge is suitable for receptions and catering areas.

The venue managers (Tom Lambregts and Ainara Mateu) work Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays only. Initial enquiries can be sent to stpauls@myo.co.uk, and they will respond with availability and quotes based on your specific requirements including timings, room layout, AV needs, and catering preferences.

The Event Suite can be configured as two separate rooms or one theatre-seating style suite depending on your needs. There are accompanying lounges and four fully equipped boardrooms available. For events requiring multiple spaces, combinations like Turner/Wren rooms with the L2 Lounge for catering can be arranged at additional cost.

Half-day bookings are available from 13:30-17:30. Full-day events typically run 09:00-17:00 or 08:30-17:00. Evening hire is available for The Event Suite at £2,400 + VAT (or £2,160 + VAT with 10% discount for multi-date bookings). Some rooms may have half-day bookings that could affect availability for full-day events.

Kitchen facilities are available in the lounge area for client use. The venue provides comprehensive in-house catering options, but external catering delivery appears to be permitted based on client communications. Clients can arrange their own suppliers for specialized items like cheese and wine tastings.

No meeting rooms at MYO St Pauls overlook St Paul's Cathedral, despite the venue's proximity to the landmark. The venue features floor-to-ceiling windows providing natural light, but specific cathedral views are not available from the meeting spaces.

A 10% discount on space hire is available for multi-date bookings, such as 3-date event series. For example, The Event Suite evening hire reduces from £2,400 to £2,160 + VAT per event with this discount. Specific terms for other multi-day arrangements would need to be discussed with the venue managers.
