Screen 1 (119 seats) costs £1,284 + VAT per slot on Monday-Tuesday, and £1,835 + VAT per slot Wednesday-Sunday. Weekend evening slots are 6pm-9pm or 8:30pm-11:30pm, with each slot priced separately - if you need both evening slots, the price doubles to £3,670 + VAT.

The ground floor bar costs £300 + VAT per hour for exclusive use, accommodating up to 125 people standing. There are no minimum spend requirements and no service charges added to this base rate.

The screen hire includes use of screen and projector, up to 3 handheld microphones, technical support, and a 30-minute to 1-hour technical rehearsal at 10:30am prior to your event day. Content must be delivered 72 hours before the technical rehearsal, or you'll pay a £500 + VAT conversion fee for non-DCP formats, plus additional fees for late delivery or missed rehearsals.

Weekend slots are fixed at 12pm-3pm, 3pm-6pm, 6pm-9pm, or 8:30pm-11:30pm. For daytime events, 7am-5pm costs £4,250 + VAT (based on one quote), while 9am-5pm ranges from £2,380 + VAT (Mon-Tue) to £3,400 + VAT (Wed-Fri). Custom timings outside these slots incur additional charges.

They recommend budgeting £6 per person per drink for their standard self-service selection of house wine, prosecco, beers and soft drinks, which the team replenishes throughout your event. Specialty drinks like cocktails, G&Ts and hard seltzer cans require pre-ordering at agreed prices.

All food orders must be placed 2 weeks ahead of your event to ensure proper staffing and stock - they cannot guarantee orders made after this deadline. In-house options include tea/coffee receptions, breakfast items, pizzas and light bites, while anything beyond this requires their external caterers.

The venue has 4 wireless microphones total on-site, so they can only provide 2 per screen maximum and cannot easily move them between screens during events. They can connect laptops to screens for presentations, and both PC and Apple laptops work if you have the proper HDMI adaptors.

They offer a branding package that includes use of the canopy or readograph, plus takeover of all quad posters and digital screens throughout the venue. The specific cost for this branding package is not detailed in the standard quotes provided.

Bookings require a countersigned contract to be confirmed - until you have this back from them, the booking is not guaranteed. They can put dates on hold while you decide, and they close bookings for specific dates when they get close (as seen with next-day booking closures).

External catering is possible through their approved external caterers for items outside their standard in-house offerings of tea/coffee, breakfast items, pizzas and light bites. You cannot bring your own external catering - it must go through their designated external catering partners.
