Space description

Nestled on top of the Queen Elizabeth Hall, the Roof Garden is a haven, home to over 200 wild native plants, a luscious lawn, and offers views across London. It is a peaceful space that has become a much-loved feature of the Southbank Centre, especially on sunny days. The Roof Garden is an ideal spot for reading a book, working remotely surrounded by nature, or enjoying specialty coffee, snacks, cold beer, and premium wines at the Roof Garden Cafe & Bar. The garden, built in partnership with the Eden Project, is maintained by volunteers and the head gardener, Paul Pulford. It is a unique space to host events, meetings, or gatherings in a natural and serene environment.
