The Great Briton and Academy is an ideal location for exhibitions, produce launches, networking and performances. With over 1000 square metres of space to work with, there is not much you can't do! The space has high ceilings, ample natural light and views across the city of London on one side and the iconic Stadium bowl on the other. With room for up to 60 exhibition stands and LCD screens for branding, it is the perfect place for your sponsors and partners to present themselves. The Academy also works well as your catering and networking space, with buffet units and bars to serve from.

Day delegate packages range from £52-£103.20 per person excluding VAT, with the Bronze Medal package at £52pp including room hire, refreshments, and bowl food lunch. For evening events, reception packages start at £66pp excluding VAT including room hire and catering.

The Great Briton and Academy can accommodate up to 60 exhibition stands with over 1000 square metres of space available. For networking events, the space can handle 300-500 guests in a drop-in style format with café-style seating and exhibition stands. The high ceilings and open layout provide flexibility for various event configurations.

Day delegate packages include arrival refreshments, mid-morning and afternoon tea/coffee breaks, and lunch (bowl food or chef's fork buffet depending on package level). Evening packages include drinks reception with wine, beer, and soft drinks plus bowl food or canapés. Rolling refreshment service is available at £15pp excluding VAT for extended events.

The space features LCD screens for branding and presentations. Full AV packages are provided by Eclipse, their technical partner, with costs typically ranging from £1,650-£5,458.80 excluding VAT depending on requirements. AV technicians can be provided for setup and on-site support throughout events.

Standard day events run from 09:00-17:00, with setup access typically available from 07:00-08:00. Evening events can run until 23:00 with late license available. Setup the night before may be possible for larger events, though this would incur additional charges for extended hire periods.

Additional breakout rooms can be hired separately, including The Forge (£6,000 excluding VAT), The Arnold Hills (£3,500 excluding VAT), The Royal East (£1,750 excluding VAT), and smaller spaces like BM6 (£787.50 excluding VAT). These are charged as separate venue hire costs on top of the main space.
