What are the venue hire costs and minimum spend requirements?
Venue hire for the Executive Suites ranges from £2,500-£7,000 plus VAT depending on the space and duration. There is a mandatory minimum catering spend of £3,000-£6,000 plus VAT on food and beverage, which is in addition to the venue hire fee. A security and cleaning fee of £500-£600 plus VAT is also required.
What catering packages are available and what do they include?
Premium Breakfast Meeting packages start at £32.99 plus VAT per person including baps, mini Danishes, yoghurts, fruit, juices and tea/coffee. Full Day Meeting packages are £90.20 plus VAT per person including breakfast, lunch and afternoon refreshments. Finger buffet lunches are available at £38.50 plus VAT per person with sandwiches, salads, quiches and beverages.
What AV equipment is included and are there additional costs?
The Executive Suites include built-in technology with screens, sound systems, and basic AV equipment. Professional technical support can be provided for events. More complex AV requirements like multiple microphones, large LED screens, or specialized equipment may incur additional costs which are quoted separately based on specific needs.
What are the booking lead times and hold policies?
Dates can be held on 1st option (confirmed booking) or 2nd option (provisional hold). The venue cannot offer spaces on 1st option until 8 weeks out from the event date. For events requiring City of London approval for private hire, additional lead time is needed for the approval process.
What are the setup and access times for events?
Standard business hours access is available for daytime meetings. For events requiring extensive setup, arrangements can be made for earlier access. Setup times vary depending on the complexity of the event, with simple meetings requiring minimal setup time and larger productions needing several hours.
Are there restrictions on event types or external suppliers?
