Frequently asked questions

Standard venue hire is £10,000 per day, but reduced rates are available depending on your event size and requirements (quotes show reductions to £5,000-£6,000 for many events). This includes all AV equipment (10x 55-inch TVs, bespoke lighting, PA system, handheld microphone), uniformed SIA security staff, cloakroom attendants, furniture, glassware, and all service staff. Food and beverages are charged separately.

The venue accommodates 450 standing maximum (excluding staff), 360 for dinner/dance events, and 200-300 for theatre-style seating. There is fixed casual seating for 168 guests in the 10 alcoves that branch off the main space. The venue works well for intimate dinners of 60+ guests up to large celebrations of 350+.

The venue has a 00:00 (midnight) licence Monday-Thursday and Sunday (23:00 on Sundays), extending to 00:30 on Friday and Saturday nights. De-rigging must be completed before 21:00 on the event day or the following morning due to landlord restrictions.

Food packages include: 6 canapés per person £35, 10 canapés per person £45, 5 bowl/street food options £55 per person, and 3-course lunch/dinner £90 per person. A DDR (tea/coffee and lunch) package is available at £77 per person. All food is prepared by a Michelin-trained chef using the full-service in-house kitchen.

Drinks options include: 3 hours of beer/wine/soft drinks £35 per person, open bar £25 per person per hour, and Prosecco reception £25 per person for 45 minutes. Some quotes show beer/wine/soft drinks at £10 per hour per person, with pricing varying by event specifics.

Included AV comprises 10x 55-inch TVs (2 on mobile stands), bespoke venue lighting throughout, in-house PA system, handheld microphone, 32amp 3-phase power, and 72x 13amp & USB points. An in-house creative production team is available, and a technical operator can be provided on-site for an additional charge.

The venue features 1 main central space with 10 alcoves (each 7m x 3.5m) branching off it, creating intimate dining areas while maintaining connection to the main event. Fixed casual seating for 168 is available in the alcoves, and the space can be configured for various dining styles from intimate dinners to large banquets.
