The Pop-up space can accommodate up to 55 diners seated and 70 standing guests. This makes it suitable for intimate dinners, cocktail receptions, and small corporate events.

Minimum spend requirements vary by event type and guest count, typically ranging from £2,000 to £4,500 including VAT on food and beverages. A discretionary 12.5% service charge is added to all food and beverage bills and is excluded from the minimum spend calculation.

100% payment is required upfront along with a signed contract to secure any reservation. Payment details and the contract will be provided upon confirmation of your booking.

Any cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled event date will be subject to the full charge. This applies regardless of the reason for cancellation.

Spaces are typically held on first option for 7 days. If no confirmation is received by the specified deadline, the space will be released to other interested parties.

External catering is not permitted due to health and safety regulations. Live music is welcome in the space, but DJs are not permitted. All catering must be provided by the venue.

Canapé options start at £30 per person for 5 pieces or £45 per person for 10 pieces. Three-course dinner menus start from £75 per person, with 4-course menus at £95 per person and 5-course menus at £110 per person. House wine starts from £42 per bottle and house champagne from £105 per bottle.

The noise limit in event spaces is up to 65 decibels. Music can be played through speakers by connecting your device, but DJs are not permitted. Live music is allowed within the decibel restrictions.

AV equipment is outsourced and costs £600 including VAT. This typically includes a 75-inch TV screen, setup, and transportation. Basic meeting amenities like high-speed WiFi and IT butler support are included with room hire.

Yes, the venue offers 10% commission on net revenue to qualified event planners and agencies. This commission structure applies to confirmed bookings that meet the minimum spend requirements.
