The Met Lounge boasts neutral colours and natural daylight creating the perfect backdrop for business meetings to private lunches for up to 10 guests. The room offers complimentary use of a laptop-compatible 50 inch mounted TV screen adding professionalism to presentations making the space ideal for press days and interviews. This room also offers complimentary WiFi internet access.



Frequently asked questions

The White Room requires a minimum spend of £2,000-£4,500 on food and beverages (excluding 12.5% service charge), depending on guest count and event type. The Gridiron has a minimum spend of £1,900-£3,500 on food and beverages. The Met Space operates on a Daily Delegate Rate of £130 per person inclusive of VAT but exclusive of 12.5% service charge.

To secure any reservation, 100% payment is required upfront along with a signed contract. Payment details and the contract are provided upon confirmation. Spaces are typically held on first option for 7 days, though this can vary by enquiry.

Any cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled event date will be subject to the full charge. This applies to all event spaces and bookings at the venue.

The White Room accommodates maximum 65 standing or 50-65 seated guests. The Gridiron holds maximum 60 standing or 22 seated per section. The Met Space has a maximum capacity of 22-26 guests in boardroom style. COMO The Halkin's Private Dining Area seats maximum 50 guests or 80 standing.

House wine starts from £42 per bottle, house champagne from £105 per bottle, and beer from £9-£10 per bottle. Canapés are priced at £30 per person for 5 pieces or £45 per person for 10 pieces. Three-course dinner menus start from £75 per person, with 4-course at £95 and 5-course at £110 per person.

External catering is not permitted due to health and safety regulations. Live music is welcome, but DJs are not accommodated. The noise limit in event spaces is up to 65 decibels. External team-building activities like cocktail making or ice sculpting can be arranged with outside companies.

AV equipment is outsourced at £600 inclusive of VAT, which includes a 75-inch TV screen, setup and transportation. Built-in plasma screens are available in some rooms. Music can be played through speakers by connecting your device. An IT Butler is provided for setup and technical assistance.

A discretionary 12.5% service charge is added to all food and beverage bills. Meeting refreshments range from £7-£15 per serving depending on selection. Bottled water costs £7-£8 per bottle, soft drinks £6 per serving, and flip charts £30 each.

Room hire rates vary by space and duration. The White Room costs £900-£2,000 per day inclusive of VAT. The Met Space is £1,500 per day inclusive of VAT. COMO The Halkin's Private Dining Room is £700-£1,000 per day inclusive of VAT, with some spaces offering Daily Delegate Packages instead.

William Curley chocolate tasting masterclasses are available at £35 per person, including guided tasting of nine chocolates, meet-and-greet, complimentary gift bag, and 60-minute duration. The venue offers 10% commission on net revenue for certain bookings and can arrange bespoke canapé and bowl food menus designed around event themes.
