The venue accommodates up to 78 people in theatre style for presentations, 100 people for standing reception across both floors, with 100 guests maximum in the Atrium and 50 guests on the floor above. The Assembly suite specifically holds 54 guests in theatre-style layout.
Can I bring external caterers and what fees apply?
Yes, external catering is permitted with a 15% venue fee applied on the total catering spend to cover admin time and cleaning by the onsite team. Alternatively, there is a flat £750 + VAT venue fee for external caterers to cover permits and access into the building and facilities.
What are the standard operating hours and day restrictions?
The venue does not operate on Sundays. Evening events typically run from 6pm to 9pm, with potential for later finish up to 9:30pm and earlier access for setup upon discussion.
What AV equipment is included in the hire?
The venue includes a 75" wall 4K screen, 3x mobile 55" screens, ceiling microphones and speakers, conferencing cameras, and hybrid meeting capability. USB and HDMI device connections are available for presentations.
How does the two-floor layout work for events?
The venue offers flexible use of both floors - you can set up theatre-style seating with a screen on one floor for presentations, while using the other floor for standing reception and networking. This allows seamless flow between formal presentation and informal mingling spaces.
What catering options are available through the venue?
The venue offers catering through Bartlett and Mitchell, with event menus available. Options include drinks and canapes packages, with unlimited tea, coffee and water available as add-ons.
