Summer packages start at £120 per person. Based on correspondence, this pricing would result in £18,000 for 150 people, suggesting this is the minimum threshold for summer events.

The venue can accommodate up to 200 guests for seated ceremonies and receptions, up to 330 for standing receptions, and has a minimum requirement of 100 guests for Thursday events. The Main Hall, Court Room, and Stock Room can be used together for larger events.

Exclusive dry hire costs £5,000 + VAT with hire times from 10:00-18:00. For weddings, Saturday ceremony-only hire is £2,000 + VAT for 11:00-13:00 slots. Setup access is available the evening before events for an additional 4-hour hire period.

The Christmas package costs £138 per person (excluding VAT, so £165.60 including 20% VAT). It includes a traditional three-course festive dinner with coffee and mince pies, welcome drinks, half bottle of house wine per person, and hire of Main Hall, Court Room and Stock Room from 18:00-23:30.

The venue shows availability for dates like 25th June 2025, 5th September 2025, and various December 2025 dates (2nd, 5th, 10th, 16th, 17th, 18th). However, popular dates like 5th June and 12th December are often already booked, and alternative dates are frequently offered.

The venue features a secluded garden that is popular for summer parties and receptions. The Court Room overlooks the garden and has direct access via a decorative wrought iron staircase, making it suitable for events that want to utilize both indoor and outdoor spaces.

The Main Hall features gleaming oak flooring, carved oak paneling from the 1600s, and huge stained-glass windows, accommodating up to 200 guests. The Court Room is wonderfully bright with Rococo ornamentation in gold, richly carpeted, and features an 18th century carved mantelpiece with direct garden access.

The venue requires specific event details including date, timing, guest count, and requirements before providing quotes. Site visits can be arranged to view the space, and the sales team follows up on proposals. For time-sensitive events, they request responses within tight deadlines (some requiring confirmation by 2pm the same day).

For dry hire events, you must provide your preferred caterer for the venue to review their credentials before approval. The venue also offers in-house catering packages, particularly for Christmas events and summer packages, with options for welcome drinks, multi-course meals, and wine service.

The venue will decline bookings that fall below their pricing thresholds. They explicitly state when quotations would exceed stated budgets and suggest clients return if they have more scope in their budget.
