Frequently asked questions

Daily hire costs £4,400 + VAT per day, with weekly rates at £30,800 + VAT per week. For longer bookings of 4+ weeks, a 15% discount applies, bringing the 4-week rate to £104,720 + VAT (down from £123,200 + VAT).

Post-event cleaning fee is £250 + VAT per clean, with additional cleans available on request for extra fees. A furniture wear and tear fee of £200 + VAT applies if using venue furniture. Late night licence costs £120 + VAT if your event runs past standard hours.

Maximum capacity is 110 guests at any one time for exclusive hire. The hire includes all four rooms across two floors: Otto Room, Morrell Room, Woolf Room, and Evelyn Room, plus access to one back-of-house basement room for storage and catering.

Otto and Morrell Rooms are offered unfurnished as blank canvas spaces. Woolf Room comes with boardroom furniture and Evelyn Room has lounge-style furniture. All rooms include built-in SONOS sound system and complimentary Wi-Fi. Fees apply if you need existing furniture removed and reinstalled.

Standard hire is based on 10-hour day rate, with 5-hour day rates also available. Extended hours beyond the standard day rate cost £150 + VAT per hour. The venue can accommodate late finishes up to 11pm with appropriate licensing.

The venue operates on a dry hire basis and does not provide in-house catering services. They will connect you with their preferred suppliers list, including recent partnership with Pomelo. You can bring your own catering or use their recommended vendors.

Saturday hire starts at £5,000 + VAT plus mandatory cleaning and security costs. This is significantly higher than weekday rates and represents the minimum threshold for weekend bookings.

The Otto and Morrell Rooms are specifically offered as unfurnished blank canvas spaces perfect for branding and customization. While you cannot nail into walls, the venue accommodates various decoration needs. Crew charges apply for furniture moving based on final requirements.

All rooms have built-in SONOS sound systems and complimentary Wi-Fi. The venue can accommodate external production companies and AV equipment. Internet connection is available for retail requirements like tills and POS systems.
