Frequently asked questions

Dry hire rates start from £15,000 + VAT per day. For wet hire (where the venue provides bar staff and takes bar income), rates work on a sliding scale from £0-£4,800 + VAT hire fee with minimum spends ranging from £13,500-£25,000 depending on the hire fee level. The venue can accommodate up to 1,200 guests for standing receptions.

Access is typically from 9am on the contract day. The venue requires advance notice of any branding or setup requirements you plan to bring. Bar service must close and music must be turned down 30 minutes prior to the end of your contracted time.

The venue includes an in-house AV technician for 10 hours, use of all in-house AV equipment as per technical specifications, state-of-the-art lighting throughout, and audio provision. Additional AV technician hours can be arranged if needed beyond the included 10 hours.

The venue has 3 multi-station bars (in the lounge, Tunnel A middle tunnel, and Chill Out Zone), plus an open finishing kitchen. Bar operates on a card-payment basis where guests pay directly. Pre-paid bar tabs can be arranged for VIPs. The venue does not provide food options, so external catering suppliers must be arranged.

Security is arranged according to ticket sales numbers and guest demographics, so you must keep the venue updated on both. Security levels are determined based on expected attendance and the nature of your event. This is a mandatory service included in wet hire packages.

The venue provides industrial poseur tables, stools, 8 black sofas, coffee tables, and cloakroom facilities with rails and hangers for up to 1,150 guests. The space offers maximum flexibility for capacity with various layout configurations possible across the 11,000 square feet.

Payment is typically split into multiple invoices. A pre-authorization is required to hold the minimum spend amount, but this is only charged if the minimum spend is not reached on the night. Contracts must be signed and initial payments made before the event planning phase begins with your dedicated event planner.

Once contracts are signed and payments made, you'll be assigned a dedicated event planner (separate from the sales manager) who will work with you on all planning details. An event manager will also be onsite to oversee the event on the day. The planning process includes creating a detailed event sheet covering timings, layout, entertainment, and logistics.
