Evening venue hire ranges from £1,500-£1,900 plus VAT for exclusive use from 6:00pm-11:00pm. Security is mandatory for all evening events at £150 plus VAT for up to 6 hours, with additional hours charged at £25 plus VAT per hour. Earlier or later access may incur additional room hire and staff charges.

Minimum guest numbers vary by package: 35 guests for basic dinner packages, 40-60 guests for premium packages, and up to 80 guests for seated three-course lunches. Maximum seated capacity is 80 guests for three-course meals, with standing capacity up to 120 guests.

Dinner packages range from £134.50-£254.00 plus VAT per guest and include exclusive venue hire, door security, self-service cloakroom, two plasma screens and microphones, arrival drinks (typically two glasses of prosecco), three-course seasonal dinner with coffee and petit fours, half bottle of wine per person, and all staffing, crockery, glassware and linen.

Available upgrades include champagne reception (£12.00 plus VAT per guest), pre-dinner canapes (£16.00 plus VAT), amuse-bouche (£7.50 plus VAT), fish course (£14.00 plus VAT), palate cleanser (£6.00 plus VAT), savoury course (£10.50 plus VAT), cheese course (£15.00 plus VAT), and after-dinner bar from £19.50 plus VAT per guest.

All packages include use of two plasma screens, microphones, and PA system. The venue can accommodate DJ and dancefloor setups for after-dinner entertainment. Christmas decorations are available for festive events, and the venue offers entertainment options including casino tables, magicians, and beer tasting experiences.

Standard evening events run 6:00pm-11:00pm with exclusive venue hire. Earlier setup access or later finish times may incur additional charges. All guests must check in with a guest list, and if you require venue staff to manage guest check-in, an additional charge applies.

The venue does not have on-site parking, but local car parks are available within a 3-minute walk. The venue is located behind London Wall in the City of London, making it easily accessible by public transport.

No catering is allowed in the Court room, and plated breakfast service would not work in the Court corridor. The Dining room is the preferred space for plated meals and full catering service. All catering is provided exclusively by Company of Cooks.

Drinks packages include unlimited beer, wine and soft drinks typically for 2-3 hours, starting from £19.50 plus VAT per guest. Individual bottles are charged on consumption: still/sparkling water £4.75 plus VAT per 750ml bottle, fruit juices £7.50 plus VAT per bottle. Cash bar facilities are available with minimum spends.

Packages can accommodate DJ and dancefloor setups, and entertainment options include casino tables, magicians, and seasonal experiences. Christmas dinner packages include all standard dinner elements plus festive atmosphere and decorations.
