Venue hire varies by event type and guest numbers. Evening events (18:00-23:00) start from £1,900 plus VAT for exclusive hire. Day meetings cost £51.50 plus VAT per guest (minimum 40 guests). All evening events require mandatory security at £150 plus VAT for up to 6 hours, with additional hours charged at £25 plus VAT per hour.

Maximum capacity is 120 guests for standing events. For seated three-course dinners, the maximum is 80 guests. Theatre-style seating accommodates up to 100 guests. The venue operates on minimum guest requirements: 40 guests for day events, 45-60 guests for evening dinners depending on the package.

Three-course dinner packages range from £134.50-£203.00 plus VAT per guest depending on timing and guest numbers. Breakfast options range from £7.50-£25.00 plus VAT per item. Drinks packages include prosecco reception, half bottle of wine per person, and beverages charged on consumption (mineral water £4.75, fruit juice £7.50 plus VAT per bottle).

No catering is allowed in the Court room - only the Dining room can accommodate plated meals. The Court corridor is unsuitable for plated breakfast service. Events requiring full catering service must be held in the Dining room, which costs £600 plus VAT compared to the Court room at £400 plus VAT.

All packages include use of two plasma screens and microphones. The venue has PA system capabilities and can accommodate presentations with corporate branding on screen. No additional AV charges are mentioned in the standard packages, making it suitable for corporate presentations and entertainment.

Standard evening events run 18:00-23:00, day events typically 08:00-13:00 or 09:00-17:00. Earlier or later access may incur additional room hire and staff charges. All guests must check in with a guest list, or you can pay extra for venue staff to manage guest check-in.

No on-site parking is available. Local car parks are located within a 3-minute walk from the venue. The venue is tucked away on a private quiet square behind London Wall in the heart of the City, making it easily accessible by public transport.

The venue can arrange DJ services and has dancefloor capabilities. Entertainment options mentioned include bands, classical musicians, and interactive entertainment like magicians.
