Green Dragon and Magpie are a combination room located in Meeting Place, on Level 5 with views over Bishopsgate Plaza.

Boasting floor to ceiling windows, the rooms are flooded with daylight and have 4k LED screens, webcam facilities and complimentary WiFi for all guests.

Perfect for any event up to 50 guests. Level 5 event spaces can be hired exclusively.




Frequently asked questions

The Pacific Ballroom costs £17,500 per day for dry hire (inclusive of VAT). Day delegate rates range from £160-£195 per person with minimum guest requirements. All rates include VAT but exclude a mandatory 12.5% service charge. Security is compulsory at £27 per hour per officer with a minimum 6-hour booking, typically requiring 4 officers for larger events.

The Pacific Ballroom accommodates up to 400 people and is 464 SQM with 6.5m ceilings. Green Dragon and Magpie combined can host up to 50 guests in banquet layout. Newton private dining room has a maximum capacity of 12 people. Ginger Lily Bar has a maximum capacity of 150 for exclusive hire events.

Full payment is required upfront along with a signed event agreement to guarantee your booking. If you cancel within 30 days of the event, you'll be charged the equivalent of the minimum spend or room rental fee. Cancellations more than 30 days in advance receive a full refund.

If guest numbers reduce within 7 business working days of your event, the hotel reserves the right to charge for food and beverage costs based on the original requirements. Pre-orders must be placed no later than 7 business working days before the event date, or the culinary team will design a personalised menu for you.

Minimum spends vary by space and guest count. Ginger Lily Bar requires £3,000-£10,000 minimum spend depending on guest numbers and timing. Newton private dining has a £1,300-£2,000 minimum spend. The minimum spend cannot be combined with other services at Pan Pacific London, and additional charges must be settled by the primary host on the day.

Most spaces include integrated 4K LED screens, webcam facilities, and complimentary WiFi. The Pacific Ballroom includes background music, staging, and integrated AV technology. Additional AV equipment like TV screens cost £325 extra. External AV suppliers may be used subject to venue approval.

Day delegate packages typically run from 08:00-17:00 with arrival breakfast and multiple refreshment breaks. Evening events usually run 18:30-23:30. Access times are flexible upon request, with some events requiring early access from 06:00-07:00 for setup. Last-minute bookings (next day) cannot be accommodated due to time constraints.

Day delegate rates include arrival breakfast, mid-morning refreshments, lunch, and afternoon refreshments. Dinner packages start at £165 per person including champagne on arrival, wine, and three-course menu. Canapés start from £25 per person, bowl food from £50 per person. Champagne costs £99 per bottle, house wine £48 per bottle, beer £8, and soft drinks £5.

External caterers and suppliers are subject to the venue's due diligence and formal approval process. The venue works with preferred kosher catering partners and can arrange setup for approved external suppliers. All additional services must be pre-approved and any extra charges settled by the primary host on the event day.

The Pacific Ballroom Level can be exclusively hired for £10,000 plus £10,000 minimum food and beverage spend. This includes private entrance, manned cloakroom, pre-function area, VIP room for 8 people, and full privatisation of event spaces. Ginger Lily Bar exclusive hire ranges from £3,000-£10,000 minimum spend depending on guest numbers and timing.
