Located on the 3rd floor of Devonshire House, Silverleaf is one of the first independent cocktail bars to be part of a luxury hotel offering.

Dedicated to giving our guests a full sensory experience, the design of the bar by Tom Dixon is inspired by naturalism and its elements whilst the forward-thinking cocktail menu is rooted around flavour and colour profiles with minimal presentation.

A semi private area for 8 guests is located within the bar, and Alba is a tasting room for 11 guests for intimate drink experiences.

Silverleaf can be hired exclusively for up to 100 guests.




Frequently asked questions

The Pacific Ballroom dry hire costs £17,500 per day (inclusive of VAT), while dinner packages start at £165 per person with a 40-guest minimum. All rates include VAT but exclude a mandatory 12.5% service charge. Security is compulsory at £27 per hour with a 6-hour minimum (£162 total), and additional officers cost £27.50 per hour.

The Pacific Ballroom accommodates up to 400 people for conferences or 250 for weddings. Green Dragon and Magpie holds up to 50 guests in banquet layout, Newton private dining room seats maximum 12 people, and Ginger Lily Bar has a maximum capacity of 150 for exclusive hire events.

Full payment upfront and a signed event agreement are required to guarantee your booking. If you cancel within 30 days of the event, you'll be charged the full minimum spend or room rental fee. Cancellations more than 30 days in advance receive a full refund.

Pre-orders must be placed no later than 7 business working days before your event date. If guest numbers reduce within 7 business days of your event, the hotel reserves the right to charge for food and beverage costs based on the original requirements. Failure to provide orders within this timeframe results in the culinary team creating a personalised menu for you.

Ginger Lily Bar requires £3,000-£10,000 minimum food and beverage spend depending on guest count and timing (all inclusive of VAT, excluding 12.5% service charge). Newton private dining has a £1,300-£2,000 minimum spend. The minimum spend cannot be combined with other Pan Pacific London services.

Most events run from 18:30 to 23:30 for dinners, with Ginger Lily Bar available from 3pm-9pm or 7pm-11pm depending on the event. Day delegate rates typically cover 07:00-17:00 access. Newton private dining offers morning slots from 09:00-11:30am or evening slots from 9pm-11pm.

Canapés start from £25-35 per person (4-6 pieces), bowl food from £50 per person, and 3-course menus from £70-98 per person. Champagne costs £99 per bottle, house wine £48 per bottle, beer £8, soft drinks £5, with cocktails available upon request. Breakfast packages range from £45-54 per person.

Most spaces include integrated 4K LED screens and webcam facilities, WiFi, and background music. Newton features a 65'' AV screen with video conferencing capability. Additional TV screens cost £325. The Pacific Ballroom includes staging and can accommodate full AV production setups.

External caterers are permitted subject to the venue's due diligence and formal approval process. The venue works with preferred partners for specialized requirements like kosher events, including Tony Page, Philip Small, and Ben Tenenblat. You must notify the venue of your preferred caterer for setup approval.

Pan Pacific London frequently experiences high demand and may be fully booked on requested dates. The events team will inform you if dates are unavailable and ask if your brief is flexible. They cannot accommodate last-minute bookings due to time constraints for setup and preparation.
