This elegant space can accommodate up to 50 guests seated, making it ideal for intimate gatherings, corporate dinners, or special celebrations. Pricing varies significantly by space and event type. The Pacific Ballroom dry hire costs £17,500 per day (inclusive of VAT), while private dining rooms like Newton have room hire fees of £500-£950 per day plus minimum food and beverage spends ranging from £1,300-£2,000. Ginger Lily Bar exclusive hire requires minimum spends of £3,000-£10,000 depending on guest count and timing. All rates include VAT but exclude 12.5% service charge.

The Pacific Ballroom accommodates up to 400 guests for various layouts. Newton private dining room has a maximum capacity of 12 guests. Ginger Lily Bar can host up to 150 guests for exclusive hire, with minimum spends adjusted based on guest count (40 guests requires £4,500 minimum, 100-150 guests requires £10,000 minimum).

Full payment is required upfront along with a signed event agreement to guarantee your booking. If you cancel within 30 days of the event, you'll be charged the full minimum spend or room rental fee. Cancellations more than 30 days in advance receive a full refund. Any additional charges beyond the minimum spend must be settled by the primary host on the day of the event.

If guest numbers reduce within 7 business working days of your event, the hotel reserves the right to charge for food and beverage costs based on the original requirements. Pre-orders must be placed no later than 7 business working days before the event date, or the culinary team will design a personalised menu for you.

Catering varies by space and event type. Private dining packages range from £45-£98 per person for breakfast/lunch options. Dinner packages like Green Dragon and Magpie cost £165 per person (minimum 40 guests). Canapés start from £25 per person, bowl food from £50 per person. Beverages include champagne from £99 per bottle, house wine from £48 per bottle, beer £8, and soft drinks £5.

Yes, security officers are mandatory for certain events at £27 per hour with minimum requirements (typically 6-hour minimums). TV screens cost £325 when required. All pricing excludes the mandatory 12.5% service charge. The minimum spend on food and beverages cannot be combined with other services at the hotel.

Event timings vary by space but are generally flexible upon request. Examples include Newton private dining from 9:00am-11:30am or 9:00pm-11:00pm, Ginger Lily Bar from 3pm-9pm or 7pm-11pm. The Pacific Ballroom dinner package includes hire from 18:30-23:30. Early access for setup may be available but should be confirmed when booking.
