Located on the 3rd floor of Devonshire House, Silverleaf is one of the first independent cocktail bars to be part of a luxury hotel offering.

Dedicated to giving our guests a full sensory experience, the design of the bar by Tom Dixon is inspired by naturalism and its elements whilst the forward-thinking cocktail menu is rooted around flavour and colour profiles with minimal presentation.

A semi-private area for up to 8 guests is located within the bar, and Alba is a tasting room for 11 guests for intimate drinks experiences.

Silverleaf can be hired exclusively for up to 100 guests.




Frequently asked questions

Private dining room Newton requires a minimum food and beverage spend of £1,300 for up to 12 guests (inclusive of VAT, excluding 12.5% service charge). For larger events, Green Dragon and Magpie has a dinner package at £165 per person with a minimum of 40 guests.

Newton private dining room accommodates a maximum of 12 guests, while Green Dragon and Magpie can accommodate up to 50 guests in banquet layout. Ginger Lily Bar can be exclusively hired for up to 150 guests with minimum spends ranging from £3,000-£10,000 depending on guest count and timing.

Full payment is required upfront along with a signed event agreement to guarantee your booking. If you cancel within 30 days of the event, you'll be charged the equivalent of the minimum spend or room rental fee. Cancellations more than 30 days in advance receive a full refund.

Private dining packages include complimentary name cards, customised menus, WiFi, and cloakroom service. Newton also includes a 65'' AV screen with video conferencing capability. Green Dragon and Magpie includes background music, integrated 4k LED screen and webcam, and menu cards.

Newton private dining room typically operates from 9:00am to 11:30am for breakfast events or 9:00pm to 11:00pm for evening events, with flexibility upon request. Green Dragon and Magpie dinner events typically run from 18:30 to 23:30. Ginger Lily Bar exclusive hire can run from 3pm until 9pm or 7pm until 11pm depending on requirements.

A 12.5% service charge is mandatory and excluded from all quoted prices. For Ginger Lily Bar events with 80+ guests, security officers are mandatory at £27 per hour with a minimum of 6 hours. Any additional charges beyond the minimum spend must be settled by the primary host on the day of the event.

Breakfast options include individual hot plated dishes or buffet breakfast at £45 per person. For evening events, 3-course menus start at £98 per person. Ginger Lily Bar offers 4-6 canapés from £25-£35 per person, bowl food from £50 per person, with champagne from £99 per bottle, house wine from £48 per bottle, beer £8, and soft drinks £5.

The venue works with preferred partners for specialized catering such as kosher events, including Tony Page, Philip Small, and Ben Tenenblat. If you prefer a different caterer, they must go through the venue's due diligence and formal approval process before being permitted to work at the property.

Newton includes a 65'' AV screen with video conferencing capability at no extra charge. Green Dragon and Magpie includes integrated 4k LED screen and webcam. For Ginger Lily Bar, TV screens are available for £325. All spaces include WiFi as standard.
