LIMIN has been transformed into the ultimate winter lodge and the Caribbean menu has been given an alpine twist.

The LIMIN Chef-Owner Sham Mahabir has created a menu exploring the unique flavours of the Caribbean, drawing inspiration from his native Trinidad & Tobago where the food has been enriched by a fusion of Indian, African, Chinese and Middle Eastern influences.

We offer a large variety of vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options to ensure that our menu is accessible to all.
