Le Bab Covent Garden requires a £1,000-£1,600 minimum spend for 6PM-12AM bookings, while Battersea Power Station ranges from £1,500-£6,000 depending on timing (6PM-12AM or 8:30PM-2AM). A £300 deposit is required for most bookings, increasing to £1,000 for larger events. All minimum spends include VAT, and an additional 12.5% service charge is added to all bills.

A deposit secures your booking, with final payments accepted via invoice or on the event night. For larger late-night bookings, card authentication (verification only, not charged) is required seven days prior to your event. If you choose a cash bar option, the minimum spend can be met through bar sales and your deposit will be refunded the next day if the minimum is reached.

All guests consuming alcohol must be 18+ with valid ID, and Le Bab operates a Check 25 policy across all venues. You must inform them at booking time if underage guests will attend your event. Failure to notify about underage attendees may result in event cancellation and deposit forfeiture, as they reserve the right to enforce this policy at any time.

Bottomless Brunch costs £60pp for 3 courses with 2 hours unlimited selected beers and Prosecco. The Set Menu is £35pp for 3 courses, or £50pp for the Bubbles package (includes arrival Prosecco, 3 courses, and half bottle of wine per person). The Party Food menu features canapés, bowl food, and kebabitos with tray service for canapés/kebabitos and buffet-style bowl food.

Menus and pricing may see minor changes, with final menus confirmed one month prior to your event. All dietary requirements can be accommodated - you must inform them of specific needs at the time of pre-ordering. Pre-order drinks receive a 20% discount from the Party Drinks menu if you want to offer welcome drinks.

Le Bab Covent Garden offers The Lounge private dining and event space, while Battersea Power Station provides full venue hire options. For larger events, Covent Garden can include both The Lounge and Kebab Queen spaces. Battersea Power Station generally has higher minimum spends, suggesting larger capacity, with different pricing for early evening (6PM-12AM) versus late night (8:30PM-2AM) slots.

Timings are flexible according to your needs. Standard quoted times include 6PM-12AM and 8:30PM-2AM slots, with some venues offering earlier starts. There are no hire fees - you work toward minimum spends instead. All pre-ordered food and drinks, plus anything spent on the day, contributes toward your total minimum spend.
