This space is located on the ground floor and has a max. capacity of 80 in theatre style and is conveniently located across our auditorium The Light. Ada Salter Suite can be used on its own, but ideally has breakout space or dedicated catering area for large events. At the same time time it could also be split up in up to 3 smaller rooms. Frequently asked questions

The Ada Salter Suite costs £850.00 for access from 9am to 5pm, VAT exempt. This includes complimentary water on arrival, dedicated screen or projector, complimentary Wi-Fi access, and complimentary flip chart. The space accommodates up to 22 cabaret style and is located on the ground floor.

Two full day catering packages are available: £47.00 inc VAT per person includes welcome tea/coffee/pastries, mid-morning tea/coffee/biscuits, deli buffet lunch, afternoon tea/coffee/cake, and still/sparkling water. The £52.00 inc VAT per person package includes the same items but with hot finger food buffet lunch instead of deli buffet.

Final food orders must be confirmed at least 8 days before your event date. For example, an event on January 16th would require final catering confirmation by January 8th due to short notice requirements.

Yes, the Ada Salter Suite can be split into up to 3 smaller rooms. It can be used on its own but ideally works with breakout space or dedicated catering area for large events, and is conveniently located across from The Light auditorium.
