Enjoy unforgettable moments in our event space, perfect for anything from birthday parties to wedding receptions, baby/ bridal showers or private dining experiences. Great for yoga classes, as an art gallery or a pop-up venue with natural light, white walls and exposed brickwork, or have total blackout with our electronic blinds for your film screening. Create any atmosphere you desire in our live music venue with our sound system, be it Christmas party or cocktail masterclass. Both wet and dry hire. Prices vary with number of guests/ ticketed events and have been adjusted to include VAT.

With exposed brick, white walls, skylights and metal beams the warehouse space can be adapted to suit your needs. Corporate or creative, we are here to accommodate you.
Our space consists of an open plan designer kitchen/ lounge area which flows into a main, larger space, so the studio can be divided into two separate parts easily.
Airy yet intimate, and with our own film equipment rental house next door, we have all the bases covered.
