Welcome drinks include prosecco at £40 per bottle (serves 5 glasses) or juice/soft drinks at £15 per jug (serves 5 glasses).

The London Room can accommodate up to 120 guests in theatre-style seating for presentations. For corporate dining events, the space works well for seated arrangements, though specific capacities for boardroom or cabaret style setups should be confirmed when booking.

Most catering packages require a minimum of 20 guests. A 25% deposit is required to secure bookings, increasing to 50% if the event is within 6 months. All dates are secured on a first-come, first-served basis with no date holds during consultation periods.

Optional extras include welcome signage (A3) for £15, seating plans for £15, and a private room bar with minimum tab requirements. The venue offers a 10% discount on pre-ordered drinks and can arrange contact details for external suppliers like staging companies.

The day hire rate includes all-day access from morning setup through evening events. The venue operates Monday to Friday from 9am to 5:30pm for viewings and consultations, with events able to run later into the evening as needed.

Payment requires a 25% deposit to secure the date (50% if within 6 months), with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to the event. The venue cannot hold dates during consultation periods, and all bookings are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
