Dockside Vaults boasts the perfect layout for corporate events, product launches and team building activities. With the main body of the space offering an open, social area; perfect for networking events and corporate dinners, encouraging conversation and engagement between guests. The space also includes 10 alcove spaces that branch off the main area, all fitted with built-in seating, flat screen TV's and speakers, creating the perfect atmosphere for those in need of a more intimate space, possibly for breakout sessions and fireside chats.




Frequently asked questions

Standard venue hire is £10,000 per day, though reduced rates of £5,000-£6,000 are offered for certain events. This includes uniformed SIA security staff, cloakroom attendants, all AV equipment (10x 55-inch TVs, bespoke lighting, PA system, handheld microphones), furniture, glassware, and staff. Multi-day bookings receive further discounts - 7-day hire is available at £5,000 per day.

Maximum capacity is 450 standing (excluding staff), 360 for dinner/dance events, and 200-300 for theatre-style seating. The venue has fixed casual seating for 168 people in the alcoves. The space works well for events from 60 to 450 guests, though it may feel too large for groups under 40 people.

The venue has a 00:00 (midnight) licence Monday-Thursday and Sunday (23:00 on Sundays), extending to 00:30 on Friday and Saturday. De-rig must be completed by 21:00 on the event day or the following morning due to landlord restrictions. Setup access is typically available from earlier in the day.

In-house catering includes: 6 canapés £35pp, 10 canapés £45pp, 5 bowl/street food options £55pp, 3-course lunch/dinner £90pp, and DDR (tea/coffee/lunch) £77pp. Drinks packages: 3-hour beer/wine/soft drinks £35pp, open bar £25pp per hour, and prosecco reception £25pp for 45 minutes. All prices are exclusive of VAT.

Yes, the venue has a full-service in-house kitchen with a Michelin-trained chef that can be made available to external caterers for all cuisine types and budgets. The kitchen can accommodate various catering requirements and dietary restrictions, making it suitable for events requiring specialized food preparation.

Included equipment: 10x 55-inch TVs (2 on mobile stands), bespoke venue lighting throughout, in-house PA system, handheld microphones, 32amp 3-phase power, 72x 13amp & USB points, and strong private internet connection. An in-house creative production team is available, and a technical operator can be provided on-site for an additional charge.

The venue features 1 main central space with 10 alcoves (each 7m x 3.5m) branching off it. Each alcove has fixed casual seating, flat-screen TVs, and speakers, making them perfect for breakout sessions, intimate meetings, or sponsor displays. This layout works exceptionally well for conferences, exhibitions, and networking events requiring multiple activity areas.

The venue has full disabled access via a platform lift and wheelchair accessibility throughout. Security is mandatory and included in the hire fee - uniformed SIA security staff are provided at front of house. Cloakroom service is also included, and the venue can accommodate up to 3 bars for larger events.

All invoices must be paid prior to the event. The venue offers site visits with the Operations Manager, and quotes are typically provided based on specific event requirements. For multi-day events or charity bookings, reduced rates may be available - charity events can receive discounted venue hire rates.

The venue can accommodate various entertainment including DJs, live bands, casino setups, and cultural exhibitions. The space has been used for rap battles, product launches, and award ceremonies. However, specific entertainment setups should be discussed in advance to ensure they work with the venue's layout and licensing requirements.
