The Hotbox is our most intimate meeting room, seating 4 people at a round table. Whilst it's our smallest meeting room, the higher than normal ceiling and large window give you more light and space than you need.




Frequently asked questions

The Chairmans Room (22 capacity) is priced at £200 per hour plus VAT. The Court of Quarter is priced at £125-£150 per hour plus VAT for a 3-hour booking. Smaller meeting rooms like The Hotbox (4 capacity) have different rates that can be confirmed through the Knotel app.

Meeting room bookings are made through the Knotel app at https://app.knotel.com/. From there, you can choose your preferred day and time and view availability for each room. The app shows real-time availability and allows you to complete your booking directly.

For 15-18 people, the Chairmans Room (22 capacity) is most suitable. For smaller groups of 4 people, The Hotbox offers an intimate round table setting. The Court of Quarter accommodates mid-sized groups, while various other meeting rooms are available for different capacities.

All catering is provided by Blue Strawberry, the in-house catering team. They offer meeting room packages including breakfast options, tea, coffee, and refreshments. Contact them directly through the venue team who will connect you, or they can be reached for custom quotes based on your specific requirements.

Meeting rooms include TV screens, Wi-Fi, and natural daylight. The Chairmans Room features full AV capabilities including projector/screen setup. For larger meetings requiring microphones or dial-in facilities, these can be arranged as additional requirements.

External catering requires a £3,000 kitchen buyout fee. The venue strongly prefers to use their in-house catering team Blue Strawberry, and this buyout fee makes external catering cost-prohibitive for most standard meetings.

For event bookings, 50% is required upon signing the contract and the final 50% is due 30 days before the event. All catering for food and beverages must be pre-ordered and settled before the event to cover staffing costs.

Yes, the venue has lift access from street level that takes you directly to meeting spaces like the Dining Room, and accessible toilets are available. This ensures the venue can accommodate attendees with mobility requirements.

The venue provides security staff who can check people in when they enter and direct guests to the appropriate meeting rooms. They also provide signage to clearly direct attendees to your specific meeting space within the building.

Yes, dial-in facilities can be arranged for meetings. The venue can provide the necessary technical setup to accommodate remote participants joining your meeting, though this should be specified when making your booking.
