Penelope's Private Meeting Room accommodates a maximum of 16 guests in boardroom style only. The hire fee is £150 per hour or £800 for a full day (8am-5pm), with VAT included. The room includes a 55" screen, AV equipment, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, flipchart, and stationery items (notepads and pens).

The meeting room is available from 8am to 5pm daily. Organisers and crew members can be granted access earlier than 8am for setup purposes. Tours of the space can be arranged Monday to Friday between 11am and 5pm.

Food and beverages are charged separately from the room hire fee. All food and drink prices include VAT but exclude a 15% service charge. For breakfast meetings, a continental buffet can be displayed in the main breakfast room just outside the meeting room.

Dates are only held upon specific request and quotes are valid for 5 working days only. The venue operates on a first-come, first-served basis for availability. Payment terms and deposit requirements vary depending on the event size and type.

The largest conference room can accommodate up to 70 guests in theatre style, though this appears to be a different space from Penelope's Private Meeting Room. For groups requiring more than 16 people in boardroom style, alternative arrangements would need to be discussed.
