The Old Palace was built in 1485 & is the childhood home of Queen Elizabeth I. It is one of the foremost examples of mediaeval brickwork in the country. The Knot Garden attached provides picturesque photos & The Raised Lawn is perfect for drinks receptions & lawn games with breathtaking views of Hatfield House. Our large hall can cater to long & round banqueting tables & has space for a dancefloor & DJ. The bar is attached to the room & is the perfect space to add entertainment & photobooths. We have ample free parking & direct train links to St Pancras & Kings Cross
