One of our most adaptable rooms, perfect for dinners, celebrations, away days or it is an ideal meeting or presentation space for business and corporate clients.

This versatile space accommodates capacities of up to 130 people, and can be used in combination with our Beanfeast room for events where more than one space is needed.

Located on the ground floor, all four walls are finished in the original exposed brick and the sash windows look out onto our courtyard, with an external door for direct access set in the middle.




Frequently asked questions

The Business space hire fee is £1,050 + VAT for 08:00-17:00 (9 hours). This includes an Event Manager, Duty Manager, Technician for in-house equipment, and basic staffing for fire marshalling. Additional fees apply for extra staffing, technical requirements, and catering beyond what's included.

The Business space can accommodate up to 130 people maximum. It's described as perfect for dinners, celebrations, away days, meetings, and presentations for business and corporate clients.

Vehicle access is only allowed on site between 8am-11pm. If you need additional time for setup or de-rig the day before or after your event, you must arrange this in advance with the venue.

Woolwich Works works with five handpicked caterers: Clement Worrall, KERB, Palette, Social Pantry, and The Clink Events. They also have a simple internal catering menu available. If you use your own caterer, there's a £500 + VAT admin fee to set them up on the system, plus a 10% charge on their final invoice.

A PA system and 2 microphones are included in the hire fee. Additional technical resources beyond this basic setup incur extra fees. For requirements beyond their in-house capabilities, they recommend their external AV team White Light.

In-house furniture is included with the hire, subject to availability. You can view what's available on their website. Additional furniture beyond what's available on-site would need to be hired separately.
