The venue has 6 screens with capacities ranging from 30-47 recliner seats: Screen 1 (47 seats), Screen 2 (32 seats), Screen 3 (32 seats), Screen 4 (32 seats), Screen 5 (40 seats), and Screen 6 (30 seats). Individual screen hire costs £800 + VAT per screen for business events, with a minimum 3-hour booking typically required.

Yes, you can book multiple screens for groups over 47 people. For example, a 100-person event would require 3 screens (Screens 4, 5, and 6) at £800 + VAT each, totaling £2,400 + VAT. Each screen operates independently with its own AV setup and microphone included.

The standard package includes exclusive screen and auditorium use, in-house AV equipment supporting presentation-style setup on screen, 1 microphone (additional mics £50 each), staffing and technical support on the day. A mandatory technical rehearsal must be scheduled at least 3 days prior to the event.

Catering options include Tea and Coffee (£2.50 per person), Bottled Water (£1.90), Bags of Popcorn (£4.90), and Water/Popcorn/sweets combo (£8.50). All prices are per person and exclude VAT. Additional catering options can be discussed based on specific event requirements.

The foyer space can only be used privately with a full venue buyout costing £9,500 + VAT for 3 hours (18:00-21:00). Without a buyout, only a section of the foyer is available for 30-50 people maximum, as the cinema remains open to the public during regular operating hours.

All quotes are valid for 14 days from issue date. To proceed with booking, you must confirm acceptance within this period, after which availability will be double-checked with the Film booking Team. Payment terms and deposit requirements are discussed once booking is confirmed.

Current release films are included in the standard hire cost. Older films can be sourced but typically incur an additional distributor rights fee of approximately £250 including VAT. The venue can accommodate various film formats and presentation styles through their in-house AV system.
