Located within the famous stadium bowl of the 2012 Olympic games, the area can be entirely blank canvass for full branding opportunities and a conference your delegates will never forget.

The Deck is our largest conference and meeting space and arguably the most spectacular.

With facilities for in-house catering options outside or within one of our nearby indoor spaces, you can really let your imagination run away with you.




Frequently asked questions

The Deck costs £12,500 ex VAT for a live event day, with an additional build day available for £6,250 ex VAT. The base price includes the outdoor covered space within the stadium bowl but excludes catering, AV equipment, and additional services which are charged separately.

The Deck can accommodate up to 1,500 people for moving/standing events like fitness classes or networking receptions. For seated events, capacity varies depending on the setup required - specific numbers depend on table arrangements and staging needs.

In-house catering is available either on The Deck itself or in nearby indoor spaces. Day delegate packages start from £52 ex VAT (Bronze Medal) up to £103.20 ex VAT (Gold Medal) per person, including room hire, refreshments, and meals. Reception packages with drinks and bowl food are available from £66 ex VAT per person.

AV equipment is supplied through Eclipse, London Stadium's partner. Basic packages start from around £1,650 ex VAT, with more comprehensive setups available depending on requirements. An AV technician can be provided for setup and on-site support during events.

Standard hire periods are typically 9am-5pm for day events or 6pm-11pm for evening events. Extended hours are possible - some events have been quoted for 7am-5pm access with live events from 8:15am, indicating flexibility in timing arrangements.

Yes, The Deck is unavailable during West Ham home matches and major stadium events like concerts. For example, dates have been declined due to "pack down dates for Iron Maiden at London Stadium," so early booking is essential to avoid conflicts with the stadium's sporting and entertainment calendar.

Additional spaces available include The Forge (£6,000 ex VAT), The Arnold Hills (£3,500 ex VAT), The Royal East (£1,750 ex VAT), and various boxes starting from £400 ex VAT. These can be used for breakout sessions, meetings, catering areas, or cloakroom facilities.

A separate build day can be hired for £6,250 ex VAT to allow for event setup. Some events require setup the night before or early morning access from 7-8am. The venue can accommodate complex setups including staging, branding opportunities, and equipment installation.

Cloakroom attendants are available for £1,080 total cost when required. Security and other staffing requirements vary by event type and size - specific mandatory services depend on the nature and scale of your event.

Charity discounts are available for qualifying organizations. Package deals can include multiple spaces with discounts applied - for example, quotes show 30-35% discounts on additional room hires when booking multiple spaces together.
