The Lower Ground Floor can accommodate up to 100 guests for seated dining, though most quotes reference 70-75 guests as the comfortable capacity. For standing receptions, the space can hold up to 100 guests. The private dining room within this area seats up to 10 guests with exclusive use.

What are the available drinks package options and pricing?

Three main packages are offered: Package 1 (£17-£19 per person) includes ½ bottle of wine or 2-3 beers or 3-4 soft drinks plus water; Package 2 (£27-£29 per person) adds a welcome Farzi Royale cocktail; Package 3 (£39-£48 per person) provides 3 hours of bottomless drinks including welcome cocktail, house wine, beer, and water. Alternatively, guests can order from the à la carte drinks menu or arrange bespoke consumption-based packages.

Can I bring my own DJ and what entertainment options are available?

What are the booking time slots and operating hours?

The private dining room offers two sitting options: 5:00 PM to 8:30 PM or 8:30 PM to 11:30 PM, with a combined minimum spend of £900 plus service charge for both slots. For larger events, the space can extend until 11:30 PM or midnight depending on the arrangement, though they do not have a late license until 3:00 AM.

What menu options are available and can dietary requirements be accommodated?

You can choose from à la carte menus on the day, House Set menus, Group Taste of Farzi menus, or Gold Feast menus depending on group size. All dietary requirements including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and pescatarian options can be incorporated into group menus. Pre-ordering is not required as you can order on the day of your event.

What deposit is required and what are the payment terms?

A 50% deposit is typically required to confirm your reservation, with the remaining balance settled on the day of the event. For some bookings, a secure credit card link is provided to finalize the reservation. Menu prices can be locked in upon confirmation with the deposit payment.

What AV facilities and additional services are included?

A 75-inch Smart TV with HDMI connectivity is available for presentations, displays, or entertainment. Additional services include karaoke (at cost), speakers with mixer/microphone for your own music (no additional cost), and dedicated private waiter service for exclusive bookings. The space also features its own private bar setup.

Can I bring my own decorations and cake?

Yes, you can bring your own cake and decorate tables, however confetti is not permitted on tables. The space allows for photo booth setups and you can bring your own spirits (corkage charges apply), though mixers and other drinks must be purchased from the venue.
