Venue can provide DJ for £450-£500 plus VAT, including mic, speakers, and lights, playing house music during dinner and energetic music from 9:30pm. Additional options include karaoke, Bollywood singers/dancers, and 75-inch Smart TV for presentations or displays.

What are the booking procedures and deposit requirements?

Booking requires full name and contact mobile number, then venue provides secure link for credit card details. Deposit is typically 50% of total cost to confirm reservation, with remaining balance settled on event day. Some quotes mention £375 deposit for £750 bookings or specific room hire fees like £750 all-inclusive for private room.

What food options and dietary requirements can be accommodated?

What restrictions apply to decorations and outside items?

Table decorations allowed but no confetti permitted on tables. Own cake can be brought in. Own spirits allowed with corkage charges (mixers and other drinks must be purchased from venue). Photo booths and step & repeat setups are permitted with adequate space available.

What are the operating hours and time slot availability?

Private dining room available in two sittings: 5pm-8:30pm or 8:30pm-11:30pm (£400 minimum each, or £900 for full evening). Events typically run until 11:30pm-12am, with some flexibility to extend to 23:00. No late license until 3am available. Site visits possible Saturday 7pm onwards or Sunday 12pm-6pm.
