What is the pricing for a full day hire of the Business space?

The Business space costs £650 excluding VAT for a full day hire. This includes unlimited tea, coffee and water throughout the day. The venue can open at whatever time you need for your event.

What are the capacity limits for the Business space?

The Business space can accommodate up to 36 people seated or 60 people standing. There is also a smaller museum room available that seats 15 or accommodates 25 standing, which works well as a breakout room.

What IT equipment and AV facilities are included?

Both rooms have top-of-the-range IT equipment. The museum room specifically features a 60-inch screen, perfect for hybrid meetings and presentations. WiFi is included throughout the venue.

Is catering available and what does it cost?

Yes, catering is available from one of London's top catering companies. Lunch is available at £10 per person as an additional cost. They can provide sit-down meals, top-class sandwich lunches with drinks, and catering suitable for impressing guests at corporate receptions.

What is the venue's location and accessibility?

The venue is located at 186c Fleet Street, London EC4A 2HR, next to St Dunstan-In-The-West Church. The main room is on the first floor, but there is step-free access via a lift from the ground floor for any heavy equipment or accessibility needs.

What parking arrangements are available?

There is no onsite parking, but you can unload directly outside the building on the road, especially easy on weekends when it's very quiet. There is plenty of parking available around the building, particularly convenient on weekends.

How flexible is the room setup and what furniture is provided?

The room setup is completely flexible - it can be arranged with tables, without tables, or you can bring your own furniture. The hall will be entirely yours for the duration of your hire, so you can set it up however suits your event needs.

How much advance notice is required for bookings?

Same-day bookings are not available due to short notice requirements. The venue requires advance booking, and they can accommodate site visits for potential clients to view the space and assess lighting conditions before confirming their booking.
