Frequently asked questions

Exclusive venue hire costs £7,500 per night for midweek events, with access from 12pm to 10pm. This includes carnival games, arcade games, the immersive experience, accessible toilets, venue team (supervisor, 6 bar staff, 2 runners, 2 cleaners), and in-house AV and tech with 2 full working bars. Weekend hire rates are considerably higher due to lost revenue from regular Phantom Peak shows.

Phantom Peak accommodates groups from 30 to 700 people. The JONACO Training experience has a minimum event fee covering up to 30 people at £3,840, with additional guests charged £102 per person. For larger events, capacity can reach up to 700 for corporate gatherings.

Street food options are £21.60 per person, BBQ buffet menu costs £42 per person, and canapes are £12.50 per person with bowl food at £25.50 per person. Sweet desserts are £6.50 per person. The venue has limited food heaters, so additional equipment may need hiring for larger events with multiple dishes.

Bar minimum spend varies by event size: £3,600 for team building events (around 130 people), £7,000 for 200-person events, and £40 per person for open bar packages. This covers cocktails, tap lagers, wine, prosecco, single spirits, mocktails, and soft drinks.

Phantom Peak runs 2 immersive shows on Saturdays, making weekend dry hire considerably more expensive due to lost revenue. Tuesday through Thursday are viable for standard dry hire rates. The venue may have limited availability on specific dates due to existing bookings.

The full Phantom Peak show costs £103.20 per person and includes all 10 trails, 4-hour immersive experience, and 12 town characters. JONACO Training (team building version) is £102 per person for groups of 101-175, lasting 2.5 hours with competitive team activities and awards ceremony.

Event manager costs £385-440 per day, stage technical manager £440, sound engineer £1,333 for 4 hours, lighting engineer £1,333 for 4 hours, and manned cloakroom £22 per hour. Welcome drinks are £6.66 per person, DJ services £1,250 per night, and additional furniture hire (poseur tables, soft seating) around £1,937.

In-house AV and tech are included with exclusive venue hire. Additional options include TV screens (2 x 65" displays with HDMI splitter) for £809, lighting and AV technician at £350 per night, and additional lighting rigs for approximately £2,000 to enhance the space with theatre lighting and color LEDs.

Venue access is typically from 12pm on event day until 10pm. Setup days can be arranged (Monday setup £1,250), and derig services are available (Thursday 5pm-9pm for £416). The venue includes venue manager, bar manager, cleaners, runners, and bar team in the hire.

Security includes 1 supervisor and 2 SIA-licensed guards costing £967 for both evenings of multi-day events. Manned cloakroom service is available at £22 per hour with attendants. These services appear to be optional add-ons rather than mandatory requirements.
