Frequently asked questions

Day Delegate Rate packages start from £90-£150 per person including exclusive room hire, refreshments, lunch, AV equipment, and dedicated team. Private Drinks Reception packages range from £65-£135 per person including canapes, drinks credit, and room hire. Dinner packages are £120 per person including 3-course meal, wine, and Prosecco welcome drink.

The Skyline rooftop venue accommodates up to 210 guests in cabaret style or 120 guests for seated events. The Royal Suite holds up to 190 guests with flexible layouts. The Crescent Suite is suitable for smaller events up to 12 guests for drinks receptions.

Standard packages include 135-inch screen and projector, 2x65-inch repeater screens, and basic PA system. Additional AV costs include extra microphones at £120 each, 5x2m stage from £800-£900, IT assistance at £450-£750 per day, and 7-screen wall-mounted bundle at £1,000-£1,200.

Drinks receptions have minimum spends of £2,000-£3,500 depending on guest count. Events extending past 17:00 in the Skyline incur an additional £3,000 room hire fee. All prices quoted are VAT inclusive, and there are minimum delegate requirements for Day Delegate Rate packages.

Day Delegate packages include welcome pastries, mid-morning biscuits, 2-course buffet lunch, afternoon teacakes, and unlimited tea/coffee/water. Drinks packages include selection of 3-4 canapes, bowl food options, and £25-£40 drinks credit per person for wines, beers, and soft drinks.

Day events typically run 08:00-17:00 with setup included. Evening events can extend until 23:00. Access from 15:30 is available for setup when requested. Events running past 17:00 in the Skyline require additional room hire fees due to lost evening bookings.

The Sky Mezzanine adjacent to Skyline is included at no charge for cloakroom and registration. The Crescent Garden outdoor space is available with Royal Suite bookings. Red carpet entrance and dedicated lift access are included for premium packages. All venues include complimentary Wi-Fi and delegate stationery.

Initial availability confirmation is provided upon enquiry with specific dates, timings, guest count, and setup requirements. Detailed proposals include 3D virtual tours of spaces and floor plans. The venue requests setup style, AV needs, catering preferences, and access timing requirements to provide accurate quotes.

Spaces can be configured in theatre style, cabaret setup, banqueting style, or drinks reception format. The Thames Suite combines Bridge Suite and Minories Suite for larger events. Rooms include registration areas, breakout spaces, and can accommodate expo stands for conferences with exhibition requirements.
