This room is situated alongside the Big Black One and is often used as a breakout room for large events. This space uniquely features Victorian brickwork, but remains clean and dry enough to host long running events and catering. It is often hired alongside Lucy's Room - a small, low ceiling space that can be used for storage as well as additional elements to your event.

A bright event space, this room is located on the first floor adjacent to the George Thomas Room and can hold a maximum of 60 delegates for a standing reception or 25 delegate if set up in a boardroom style of seating. There are two television that are available to show presentations or watch videos on. The Court Room is the perfect backdrop for smaller boardroom meetings (up to 24 guests) or seminars of up to 50 guests theater style. The Court Room comes with a large LCD Screen with inbuilt zoom connectivity to dial in delegates oversees or external to your event. The Luncheon Room would then be utilized as your main catering/networking space during the day. If the weather is nice, then you can also maximise on space and use the Courtyard as well.
Floripa is the perfect place for a daytime corporate workshop in bright, inspiring surroundings, the space is functional for up to 100 people seated, excellent for presentations and training.
Located on the second floor, the Council Room features Edwardian styled antique oak panelling and an ornate plaster ceiling. One of our larger rooms, the Council room is a flexible space and can be arranged in a variety of layouts. It is also a popular room for Drinks Receptions, Dinners, Meetings, Lectures and Workshops. A registration table and a coat rail are available outside the room.
