Event costs start from £25,000 + VAT for a capacity of 500 people. This appears to be the baseline pricing for venue hire, though specific costs will vary depending on your event requirements, date, and capacity needs.

The stadium is unavailable during home games and major events including concerts held in June and July each summer. Availability is also subject to the major events calendar, with confirmed concerts and events typically not known until the end of the preceding year.

The stadium offers various spaces including the East Quarter 3 for main plenaries, NFL Home Locker Room with Lower East Side for breakouts and catering, and multiple breakout rooms. The East Quarter can accommodate up to 300 delegates theatre-style with additional breakout spaces for 70-100 people each.

The venue offers All Day Catering Package B at £48 per person including arrival refreshments, morning break, lunch, and afternoon break. Day Delegate Rate packages are available from £85-£102 per person depending on the space and inclusions.

Venue hire includes digital screens and signage, external wayfinding screens, and complimentary Wi-Fi.
