Screen 1 (119 seats) costs £1,284 + VAT per slot Monday-Tuesday, and £1,835 + VAT per slot Wednesday-Sunday. Weekend evening slots are 6pm-9pm or 8:30pm-11:30pm, with each slot priced separately - if you need both evening slots, the price doubles to £3,670 + VAT total.

The hire includes screen, 2K projector, 7.1 sound system, up to 3 handheld microphones, and technical support. Content must be delivered in DCP format 72 hours before your technical rehearsal, or you'll pay £500 + VAT for format conversion. Additional fees apply for late delivery or missed rehearsals.

A technical rehearsal of 30 minutes to 1 hour is included and takes place at 10:30am-11:30am prior to your event day. This is mandatory and additional fees apply if you miss it. The duration depends on the complexity of your event requirements.

There are 4 wireless microphones total on-site, with a maximum of 2 per screen. The microphones cannot be easily moved between screens during events, so if you need 3 microphones for Q&As, you'll need to choose one screen only.

Exclusive bar hire costs £300 + VAT per hour for up to 125 people standing. This covers the space only - no food or drinks are included, and there are no minimum spend requirements or service charges added.
