Screen 1 (119 seats) costs £1,284 + VAT per slot Monday-Tuesday, and £1,835 + VAT per slot Wednesday-Sunday. Weekend evening slots are 6pm-9pm or 8:30pm-11:30pm, with each slot priced separately - if you need both evening slots, the price doubles to £3,670 + VAT total.

The hire includes screen, 2K projector, 7.1 sound system, up to 3 handheld microphones, and technical support. Content must be delivered in DCP format 72 hours before your technical rehearsal, or you'll pay £500 + VAT for format conversion. Additional fees apply for late delivery or missed rehearsals.

A technical rehearsal of 30 minutes to 1 hour is included and takes place at 10:30am-11:30am prior to your event day. This is mandatory and additional fees apply if you miss it. The duration depends on the complexity of your event requirements.

There are 4 wireless microphones total on-site, with a maximum of 2 per screen. The microphones cannot be easily moved between screens during events, so if you need 3 microphones for Q&As, you'll need to choose one screen only.

Exclusive bar hire costs £300 + VAT per hour for up to 125 people standing. This covers the space only - no food or drinks are included, and there are no minimum spend requirements or service charges added.

Standard service includes a self-service selection of house wine, prosecco, beers and soft drinks with a maximum tab limit. Budget £6 per person per drink for this selection. Specialty drinks like cocktails, G&Ts and hard seltzers require pre-ordering at agreed prices.

In-house options include tea/coffee receptions, breakfast items, pizzas and light bites. For anything beyond this, external caterers are available. All food orders must be placed 2 weeks before your event to ensure staffing and stock - orders after this deadline cannot be guaranteed.

Yes, laptops can be connected to the screen for presentations. Both regular laptops and Apple devices work if they have HDMI adaptors. The venue recommends consolidating all content onto one laptop to avoid transitions between multiple devices.

Weekend evening slots run 6pm-9pm or 8:30pm-11:30pm. For daytime events, 9am-5pm slots are available. Organizers typically get on-site access 30-60 minutes before guest arrival, and your on-site contact will go through the running sheet with you upon arrival.

Yes, a branding package is offered alongside events which includes use of the canopy or readograph, plus takeover of all quad posters and digital screens throughout the venue. Specific pricing details are provided in attached materials during the booking process.
