What's included in the screen hire cost and what are the mandatory additional fees?
The hire includes screen and projector use, up to 3 handheld microphones, technical support, and a 30-minute to 1-hour technical rehearsal at 10:30am prior to your event day. Content must be delivered in DCP format 72 hours before the technical rehearsal, or you'll pay a £500 + VAT conversion fee for other formats.
How much does bar hire cost and what are the capacity limits?
Exclusive bar hire costs £300 + VAT per hour for up to 125 people standing. This covers exclusive use of the space but does not include any food or drinks - those are charged separately with no minimum spend requirements and no service charges added.
What are the drink pricing structures and ordering requirements?
Self-service drinks (house wine, prosecco, beers, soft drinks) are recommended at £6 per person per drink based on a maximum tab limit. Specialty drinks like cocktails, G&Ts, and hard seltzer cans require pre-ordering at agreed prices. All drink orders must be placed 2 weeks ahead of your event to ensure staffing and stock availability.
What food and catering options are available and what are the ordering deadlines?
In-house options include tea/coffee receptions, breakfast items, pizzas, and light bites. External caterers are available for anything beyond standard offerings. All food orders must be placed 2 weeks ahead of your event - orders after this deadline cannot be guaranteed due to staffing and stock requirements.
What are the technical requirements and limitations for presentations?
The venue plays from DCP format as standard, requiring content 72 hours before technical rehearsal. For presentations, laptops can be connected to the screen - both PC and Apple laptops work if they have HDMI adaptors. The venue has 4 wireless microphones total, allowing maximum 2 per screen if using multiple spaces simultaneously.

Access can be arranged from 7am for full-day events. Organisers typically arrive 1 hour before guests (e.g., 7pm organiser arrival for 8pm guest arrival). The venue provides a running sheet detailing all logistics requirements - anything not on this sheet cannot be guaranteed, so all requirements must be specified in advance.
What branding opportunities are available and at what cost?
A branding package is offered alongside events, including use of the canopy or readograph, takeover of all quad posters and digital screens. Specific pricing for branding packages is available upon request as part of the overall event quote.
