Site visits must be scheduled between 9:30am and 11:30am, as the venue is unable to show rooms after midday. This timing restriction applies to all viewing appointments and should be factored into your planning schedule.

Event holds vary in duration but typically range from 2-3 weeks. The venue will place a 24-hour deadline on enquiries when holds are about to expire, requiring confirmation or release by 5:00pm on the specified date.

Tea and coffee options range from £3.50 +VAT per person for basic service to £14.00 +VAT for unlimited service. Additional options include tea/coffee with biscuits at £5.50 +VAT, with cake at £7.50 +VAT, and with pastries at £8.00 +VAT per person.

The venue will handover to your event coordinator only when the contracted amount is paid in full. This payment milestone is required before venue staff will work directly with your on-site team.

The Corinthian Roof Terrace has a minimum requirement of 100 guests. Other spaces may have different minimums, so confirm specific requirements for your chosen venue area during the booking process.

Events cannot be held in regular conference spaces during T20 fixtures or other cricket matches. During match days, only hospitality bookings are available, starting at £149 per person +VAT, which includes food, drinks, and match tickets.

Approved external suppliers include: team building (emma@gotoevents.co.uk), gin masterclass (laura@aokevents.com), and cricket experiences (info@ballsportz.co.uk). The venue has a built-in PA system available for DJs, though music must be played inside rooms rather than on terraces.

Events requiring AV setup typically need 3 hours for equipment installation and testing. Access times vary by event type, with some requiring arrival as early as 6:00am on event day, and setup may be permitted the evening before for larger events.

For events requiring quick turnaround, signed contracts and payment may be required within 2-3 weeks of the event date. For example, events in early June would need contracts and payment by late May to proceed with the booking.
