What are the site visit restrictions and when can I view the space?

Site visits must be scheduled between 9:30am and 11:30am, and the venue cannot show rooms after midday. You'll need to arrange your visit within this morning window to view the space.

How long can the venue hold my booking without confirmation?

The venue typically holds bookings for 2-3 weeks before requiring confirmation. They will place a 24-hour deadline on enquiries if no response is received, and spaces are automatically released if not confirmed by the deadline.

What are the exact catering costs per person for refreshments?

Tea and coffee costs £3.50 +VAT per person, unlimited tea and coffee is £14.00 +VAT, tea/coffee with biscuits is £5.50 +VAT, and tea/coffee with cake of the day is £7.50 +VAT. Additional options include pastries at £8.00 +VAT and mini muffins at £7.25 +VAT per person.

When do I need to pay and what triggers handover to my event coordinator?

The venue will handover to your coordinator when the contracted amount is paid in full. For events requiring quick turnaround, signed contracts and payment may be needed within 2-3 weeks of the event date.

What are the minimum guest requirements for different spaces?

The Corinthian Roof Terrace has a minimum requirement of 100 guests. Other spaces may have different minimums, so confirm the specific requirements for your chosen area when booking.

Can I bring external suppliers and what are the contact details for recommended partners?

What AV equipment is included and what are the additional costs?

Most rooms include built-in screens, projectors, and PA systems. The venue has an in-house AV supplier (Encore Global) for additional requirements. AV packages start from around £3,495 +VAT depending on the room and requirements.

Are there restrictions during cricket matches and what are my alternatives?

The venue cannot offer regular event space during T20 fixtures and other cricket matches. During these times, you would need to book hospitality packages which start at £149 per person +VAT and include food, drinks, and match tickets.

What are the setup and access times for events?

Events typically require 3-hour setup periods, and AV companies may need setup time from 10:00-13:00 before events. The venue provides access from 07:00 for most bookings, with some flexibility for earlier access if needed.

Can I host evening events and what are the time restrictions?

The venue can accommodate evening events, with some spaces available until 23:00 or later. The Corinthian Roof Terrace is available until dusk. Specific end times depend on the space and should be confirmed when booking.
