The Greenroom Southbank

Private hire requires a minimum spend of £10,000. This minimum applies to all private bookings regardless of guest count or event type.

A deposit of £10 per person is required to confirm your booking. This deposit will be credited towards pre-orders or drinks on the day of your event.

All pre-orders must be confirmed 14 working days in advance of your booking date. Final payment for all pre-orders is due 7 days before your event.

The venue can accommodate groups ranging from 35 to 55 people for private events. The space is suitable for both seated receptions and standing events.

While not mandatory, pre-ordering drinks and food is strongly advised for all bookings to avoid long queues and waiting times on the day. Christmas menus and brochures are available upon request.
