Six Park Place does not offer dry hire and requires use of their in-house catering services. Room hire rates vary by space, with examples including Princess Alexandra Hall at £1,500-£2,500 plus VAT and Hall of India & Pakistan at £1,300-£1,900 plus VAT. Minimum catering spends range from £1,500-£6,000 plus VAT depending on the space and event type.

A signed contract and deposit of 100% of the room hire and minimum catering spend (or 100% of package price based on minimum numbers) is required within one week of confirmation. Written confirmation must include contact details for the contract, invoicing, and relevant billing address.

Princess Alexandra Hall accommodates up to 150 guests theatre style, 100 on round tables, or 80 cabaret style. Hall of India & Pakistan holds up to 150 theatre style or standing, 120 on round tables, or 72 cabaret style. The Garden has a maximum capacity of 120 guests standing.

Access times vary by space and event type, typically ranging from 8:00-9:00 AM start times with events concluding by 17:00-23:00 depending on the booking. Garden events must be fully vacated by 22:00, while indoor spaces can run later for evening events.

A discretionary 12.5% service charge on food and beverage is added to all final invoices, applied to the net value. Clients can opt out by informing the Sales & Events Team prior to the final invoice being raised. Additional costs may apply for entertainment, decorations, piano hire (£200 plus VAT plus tuning), and external suppliers.

In the Garden, only jazz, classical, or acoustic background music is permitted, keeping with the Clubhouse environment and neighbourhood requirements. All suppliers and entertainers must be approved in advance by the Event Team. No amplified music is allowed in the Garden area.

Day Delegate packages start from £85-£143 plus VAT per person with minimum numbers of 80-100 guests. Wedding packages begin at £244 plus VAT per guest with a 30-guest minimum. Dinner packages range from £137-£140 plus VAT per person with 60-70 guest minimums. All packages include specific catering items and room hire.

Princess Alexandra Hall includes integrated audio-visual system with stage, lectern, screen, projector, PA sound system, and microphones. Hall of India & Pakistan features a timeless theatre-style bar and can accommodate screens and sound systems. Manned cloakroom service is typically included with bookings.

No, Six Park Place does not offer dry hire due to limited kitchen facilities available to external caterers. All events must use the venue's in-house catering services, and the venue is not available for hire on a dry hire basis.

Garden exclusive hire requires approval from the Director General's Office and has a minimum requirement of £11,500-£12,000 plus VAT including hire charge and food & beverage. The Garden features a grill, pizza oven, lounge areas, and parasols, with access to panoramic views into Green Park.
