Arch 3 comes with its own private entrance and own bar, this space can be booked independently, or used as a reception area before moving into Arches 1 & 2.

Ideally suited for networking events, conferences, presentations, Christmas parties, product launches, exhibitions from 50 up to 200 guests.




Frequently asked questions

Venue hire ranges from £2,000+VAT to £5,000+VAT depending on the day and event type. The base price includes event security, cloakroom facility, bar staff, in-house soft seating furniture, extensive A/V system, 1 lighting engineer, 1 sound engineer, stage, large projector screen, 2 dressing rooms, and event cleaning team. Additional engineers cost £375+VAT for 5 hours if needed.

Yes, there is a mandatory minimum spend on beverages only ranging from £2,000+VAT to £15,000+VAT depending on the event size and day. This can sometimes be negotiated - one quote showed it being reduced from £10,000+VAT to £4,000+VAT. The minimum spend is separate from and in addition to the venue hire fee.

Drink packages are priced per person per hour: £6+VAT (tea, coffee, soft drinks), £10+VAT (adds pastries), £12+VAT (beers, wines, soft drinks), £13+VAT (prosecco, beer, soft drinks), £15+VAT (beers, wines, house spirits, soft drinks), £18+VAT (adds 2 draft cocktails from VIP mezz only), £20+VAT (3 cocktail variations or champagne reception). All packages include soft drinks.

The LED screen costs between £500+VAT and £2,500+VAT depending on the event type and negotiations. All presentations and content creation must be managed by the client, including event day operation. The venue provides the screen but not content management or operation services.

Food options include: canapes at £37-£41+VAT for 8 per person, substantial canapes at £41-£44+VAT for 8 per person, and kitchen buyout at £500+VAT. The venue works with various caterers offering canapes, street food stands, bowl food, hot or cold buffet, or 3-course meals depending on your requirements and budget.

The venue does not accept birthday party bookings. All events are 18+ unless otherwise stated with strict ID requirements - valid passports, photo driving licenses (including provisional), and National ID cards only. No photocopies or photographs of ID are accepted. The venue requires social media presence for some event types.

Friday and Saturday dinner slots are typically fully booked and unavailable. The venue frequently mentions being booked on Fridays and Saturdays, suggesting these are the most restricted days. Weekday availability appears better, with many quotes provided for Wednesday events.

DJ services cost £150+VAT per hour. Additional technical engineers beyond the included one cost £375+VAT for 5 hours. Chair hire requires a separate quote. The venue offers extensive in-house A/V capabilities but additional equipment needs are quoted separately based on specific requirements.

The venue offers two main options: £10,000+VAT venue hire if you provide stock and they manage it, or £3,000+VAT for a cash bar setup. The venue states they don't offer dry hire, meaning some form of bar service arrangement is mandatory for most events.

Event access can start as early as 7am for setup, with events typically running until 11:30pm-midnight. The venue offers flexibility for setup timing, with some events allowing setup the evening before. De-rig typically happens the following day, and the venue includes event cleaning team in the base hire price.
