These two adjacent studio spaces are perfect for meetings, presentations, drinks receptions, away days or as a breakout space during conferences or product launches.

Separated by a moveable partition wall, the two spaces can be booked together or individually. Combined the space is 35 metres long and can accommodate up to 140.

The studios regularly host artistic events like dance workshops, talks and lectures, and family concerts. Consequently, the space includes a PA system, upright piano, floor-to-ceiling mirrors, ballet barres and large windows providing plenty of natural light.




Frequently asked questions

Coopers Studio hire fee is £1,050 + VAT for 08:00-17:00. This includes an Event Manager, Duty Manager, Technician for in-house equipment, and basic staffing for fire marshalling. Additional fees apply for extra staffing, technical requirements, and catering beyond what's included.

Vehicle access is only allowed on site between 8am-11pm. If you need additional time for setup or de-rig the day before or after your event, you must arrange this in advance as it falls outside the standard vehicle access window.

Woolwich Works has five approved caterers: Clement Worrall, KERB, Palette, Social Pantry, and The Clink Events, plus a simple internal catering menu. If you use your own caterer, there's a £500 + VAT admin fee to set them up on the system, plus a 10% charge on their final invoice.

A PA system and 2 microphones are included in the hire fee. Additional technical resources beyond this basic setup incur extra fees. For requirements beyond in-house capabilities, they recommend their external AV team White Light.

Coopers Studio can hold 60 people. The studio spaces are adjacent and separated by a moveable partition wall, so they can be booked together or individually. When combined, the total space is 35 metres long and can accommodate up to 140 people.
