It's separated from the adjacent room, Ropekeepers Studio, by a moveable acoustic partition wall, making the combined space 35 meters long.

Slightly wider than its sister studio, Ropekeepers Studio is a well-proportioned, dual-aspect space. Its high vaulted ceiling is supported by original timber roof trusses. Two of its walls are exposed brick, punctuated by mirrors, oak ballet barres and seven large, original timber sash windows.

Coopers Studio costs £1,050 + VAT for an 8:00-17:00 hire period. This includes an Event Manager, Duty Manager, Technician for in-house equipment, and basic staffing for fire marshalling. Additional fees apply for extra staffing, technical requirements, and catering beyond what's included.

Coopers Studio can accommodate 60 people maximum. The studios feature flexible spaces that can be combined - Stonecutters Studio connects to Ropekeepers Studio via a moveable acoustic partition wall, creating a combined space that's 35 meters long for larger events.

Vehicle access is only permitted on-site between 8am-11pm daily. If you need additional time for setup or de-rig the day before or after your event, you must arrange this in advance as it falls outside the standard access window.

Woolwich Works partners with five approved caterers: Clement Worrall, KERB, Palette, Social Pantry, and The Clink Events. You can use your own caterer, but there's a £500 + VAT admin fee to set them up on the system, plus a 10% charge on their final invoice.

A PA system and 2 microphones are included in the hire fee. Additional technical resources beyond this basic setup incur extra charges. For requirements exceeding in-house capabilities, they recommend their external AV partner White Light.

In-house furniture is included with the hire, subject to availability. You can view available furniture options on their website. Additional furniture beyond what's available on-site would require external hire at extra cost.

Availability depends on the event size, lead time, and specific dates requested. Larger events or those with short lead times may face capacity constraints. The venue may not have availability for certain high-demand dates, particularly in November.

Specific booking procedures and payment timelines are handled case-by-case through their events team. You'll need to confirm your event date, guest numbers, and specific requirements to receive detailed terms and secure your booking.

The studios are suitable for meetings, presentations, conferences, breakout sessions, and similar corporate events. Specific restrictions on activities, noise levels, or event types would need to be confirmed directly with the venue based on your event requirements.

While basic fire marshalling staff are included, additional staffing for security, technical support, or event management beyond the standard package incurs extra charges. Costs vary depending on your specific staffing requirements and event duration.
