Frequently asked questions

The hire fee for Coopers Studio is £1,050 + VAT for 08:00-17:00. This includes an Event Manager, Duty Manager, Technician for in-house equipment, and basic staffing for fire marshalling. Additional fees apply for extra staffing, technical requirements, and catering beyond what's included.

Coopers Studio can accommodate 60 people maximum, with specific configurations of 108 for dinner or 130 theatre-style. The space can be combined with the Beanfeast room for larger events requiring more than one space.

Vehicle access is only allowed on site between 8am-11pm. If you need additional time for setup or de-rig the day before or after your event, you must arrange this in advance as it falls outside the standard vehicle access window.

Woolwich Works has five handpicked caterers: Clement Worrall, KERB, Palette, Social Pantry, and The Clink Events, plus a simple internal catering menu. If using your own caterer, there's a £500 + VAT admin fee to set them up on the system, plus a 10% charge on their final invoice.

A PA system and 2 microphones are included in the hire fee. Additional technical resources beyond this basic setup incur extra fees, and for requirements exceeding in-house capabilities, they recommend their external AV team White Light.

In-house furniture is included with the hire, subject to availability. You can view available furniture options on their website, but availability depends on what's not already booked for other events during your hire period.

Availability depends on the size of your event and lead time required. Larger events or those requiring significant setup may need more advance booking, and certain dates may not be available due to capacity constraints or existing bookings.

You can use your own caterer for a £500 + VAT admin fee plus 10% commission on their final invoice. External AV suppliers also incur a £500 + VAT admin fee plus 10% commission, though specific AV commission details weren't explicitly confirmed in available information.

The space features original exposed brick walls, natural light from sash windows overlooking the outdoor courtyard, and a private entrance from the riverside for guests arriving by boat. It can be combined with the Beanfeast room for events requiring multiple spaces.

While specific restrictions weren't detailed in available information, the venue operates with standard vehicle access hours (8am-11pm) and may have limitations on certain dates based on capacity and lead time requirements. Event-specific restrictions would need to be confirmed directly with the venue.
